How it all started
Deleg8 Outsourcing began with a simple idea: create better opportunities for people who are willing to work hard, learn, and grow.
On July 28, 2022, Deleg8 Global was founded by Nica Lorenzo. What started as a small venture eventually grew into a community of talented Virtual Assistants supporting businesses across different industries.
In the beginning, there was no large team or complicated system. There was simply a vision, a willingness to learn, and the determination to build something meaningful.
As the company grew, so did the lessons.
We discovered that hiring a great Virtual Assistant is about more than matching skills to a job description. It is about understanding the person behind the application — their goals, responsibilities, experiences, and the reasons they choose to build a career in remote work.
We also learned something equally important:
Virtual Assistants deserve to be treated as professionals.

That belief became an important part of the foundation of Deleg8 Outsourcing.
Over the years, we continued improving our Virtual Assistant recruitment, onboarding, training, and support processes. Our team has grown alongside the businesses we serve, with Virtual Assistants supporting clients in industries including real estate, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, professional services, and more.
What began with one vision has become a growing remote-work community.
